Mugen Tutorial- Mugen Plus

Explaining the stuff I know about Mugen Plus, it's basicly Hi-res Mugen, but with new features, but watch the video for more information.

#How to use hi-res stages
1.Open your ".def" of Hi-res stages and add a line as follows

zoffset = 220
autoturn = 1
resetBG = 1
HIres = 1 ;add this line

Im not the author of this patch.
I just introduce this patch so that mugen will continue to develop for good.

no sure if u know how to fix this problem i'm having, i downloaded a screenpack and when in MUGEN menu words or character names show up, basically words don't show except in battle.
