Didn't realize this was a live recording until I heard applause at the end. Can't imagine an audience nowadays being quiet for that long.

I'm glad Bob's feeling better these days. Yet, this song got the USA out of a bad slump. A revolution in poetry, a pageant of perceptive experiment, the prototype of newly dry rock humor, Desolation Rows are afterward forever nailed into submission, their bad parties decidedly minor American experiences. Bob fights the good fight against phoniness and wins! Mmm good!

My Chemical Romance is a rockband who did a cover up of this song, I honestly didn't know Bob Dylan wrote this song. But yeah, the members of MCR are HUGE fans of The Watchmen so, they did the cover up.

I just listened to part of My Chemical Romance's cover... They completely butchered the song. I think the artist who covered it best is the Grateful Dead. But that's just my opinion.

I'm an MCR fan. I prefer their version of this for its sound. But Bob Dylan gets the entire credit for the song in my mind - the art is in writing - performance is a skill. I love it for Dylan's writing, as he's probably the best song writer ever.

Just because he made comic books, doesn't make him any less good, and he shouldn't be looked down upon for it. And Bob Dylan revolutuinized the music industry?? How exactly did he do that?? Gerard Way and Bob Dylan are both amazing singers. I wasn't saying anything bad about Bob Dylan or anything. i was simply saying that I liked MCR's version of it better.
