Fallback project milestone1

It's alot darker and choppier in the video than in the game. Choppyness is 100% caused by the additonal load from fraps and darkness is caused by my shitty editing I guess.

The actual game runs smooth (9800pro) and decently well lit.

We just used workarounds so far though, the issue of shaders being SM2.0b is not fixed. Will require rewriting the shaders abit or something like that. :P

It's an ongoing community project and any improvement is welcome.

Also, the choppyness is ENTIRELY from fraps. The game runs smooth on low settings. Safe bet is that we can even bump it abit higher than low.

Imbaman, this is the OldFallout3 project. It is attempting to make Fallout 3 work on graphics cards that don't support Pixle shader 3.0 So far, this is a major improvement. It went from crashing on startup, to crashing on new game, to crashing after 1 year baby, to crashing when you shoot anyone or anything, to this. This is a HUGE milestone. It shows that the game can indeed run on Pixle shader 2.0

That's exactly what i was talking about, in my country there is also the Freedom of Speech rule, a Priest once said ''I find gays extremely irritating in the world, they should be pushed of buildings'' and he didn't go to jail, even though he said it in front of a Christian Speech thing, he didn't go to jail just because he said ''I find'' instead of ''Gays are irritating''.
