This is my final video of the four video tutorial: standing on a stability ball. In this tutorial I explain the training progression in learning to stand on a swiss exercise ball, also called a yoga ball.

  • can you make a video on how to walk while standing on a ball?

  • @YourDitzyIzzy No because I can't do it, I've tried, but it's hard! I've seen it done on YouTube but not in person.

  • @TheLovemeorgo, in some ways it is, but I have successfully taught several people how to do it fairly easily. I've only attempted to teach 4 people how to do it. Two of them picked it up the first day. The second took about three days to learn it and my ex girlfriend took around 1 week to work up to the standing position.

  • good job at the squats

  • @Gingerking1691 cock.

  • Jump on it and shadow box while moving your feet the whole time and when you can do that come talk to me.

  • @TheLovemeorgo Nah, this took 5 mins to learn.

  • I saw a guy (a current World Cup competitive downhill skier) stand on a Swiss ball and do one-legged squats while holding a 50-pound weight in his hands!

He JUMPED up on the ball, landing with both feet.

My (and several other people's) jaw about dropped to the floor!

  • Jump on it puss!

  • The keys for me (after watching this video) are keep your feel pointing forward, get your hips and head centered so you can stand straight up, and don't look at hour feet, look at a point on the floor abotu 6 to 10 feet in front of you. Also, bail out if you start to lose your balance. Crashing makes you look like a dork :-) and hurts too
