Ivory is very creative :) No one we know has ever seen a sword held that way. She has an amazingly flexible lower back - don't try this at home! Remember, you saw it here first, this move is sure to catch on ;)

They're dancing swords; i.e. not sharp. You should definitely try it, personally a sword is my favourite prop, but it's hard to make dances with them without the sword becoming redundant. You want to make it the central focus of the dance.
