It would matter who the coach was. The actions of the player number 3 brought on the fight. His actions where brought on by number 19 by spitting on the Australians on more than 1 occasion during the game. So don't go pointing fingers at the coach, the players all stuck up for each other. The coach didn't go and tell his players to go and start an all in brawl. I knows it's pretty easy to point the finger at a sole person from behind your keyboard.
