@guitarnukka724 This is a great technique to kno... but I would only use this as a last resort... If you are in a Jiu Jitsu Tourney, this move will be illegal for you as bicep slicers are illegal in most white belt tournaments. As for the posture thing when you get into the armbar position. U have a deep hook with your OUTSIDE arm, while your inside arm controls their legs, sit up and squeeze your feet into them TIGHT, feet flat on the floor, and always want a leg over their head to hold em down

I don't find myself in this position a lot but when i (get better and) do this will be very helpful. thanks a lot for your vids, could you possibly do one tips for controlling posture?
