FLYINGSHEARS technique "Scissors Over Scalp".
With freehand cutting, the hair is often dry, which allows you to see the hair naturally fall. When you first start to use this form of cutting, it can feel very unusual and leave you feeling uncertain as to where to cut and what to look for. Flyingshears use scissors without a comb, leaving one hand free to move the hair around.

@vanessalongthorpe The problem that asian hair is it is very straight, and lacks any texture so this is a great way to get some texture in even though it takes a little longer the outcome is alot better. Also you do find Caucasian people with similar hair...
