  • Did I see it right, are you 47?

if yes this performance is absolutely awesome. if you are younger, it is still pretty good

  • Yes 47 , trying to swim against the tide!

Did 103 2x24 jerks in a comp yesterday , but snatches were not quite so good after jerks! The goal is 100/100+100 someday. cheers!

  • @tasgirevik,

I turn 47 tomorrow (or at midnight tonight) and I'm working towards the goal of 200 snatches with the 24KG Kettlebell.

    Great Job!

  • It's not that hard , consistency of training and not overtraining is the key .

200 will likely get you a medal at a veteran's comp and most amateur comps too.

    Are you doing jerks too?

    best of luck!

  • thats the tidiest drop technique I have ever seen, wish I could just smarten mine up a bit more- I am 53 and working towards the 200 x snatches in 10 minutes, gonna take me a while to get there.

Great technique, you make it look easy !!!

  • This is pretty much exactly what they test Secret Service agents in (maximum snatches in 10 minutes). Your numbers are through the roof, great job. I am good for about the same number as you, but you're doing ith with 18 more pounds of kettelebell than I am....much respect, sir.

  • i dont think ive ever seen anyone with such a drop thats as easy on the eye. i could watch that man put down kettlebells all day. the rest isnt half bad either lol

  • WELL, who's talking about fraud.... Please post something better and I really hope we will meet in Hamburg. Yes, Hamburg, not hamburg. It's got nothing to do with any food. It is a name of a city....

  • Great editing job Paul!!! keep up the fraud, see you in hamburg in 09 buddy!

  • Awesome job, Paul! You technique has improved much from 2006 in Hamburg. Much smoother and you have a great drop.

Way to put your money where your mouth is! You truly walk your talk, unlike a lot of the people on the net.
