@emeel91 Can't say I've ever had this problem. What type of video are you trying to convert? Make sure you're running the latest version of the FREE program (there is a paid version too, so be careful).

@xiTzBeNx This is not primarily a video download program, but a video converter. Websites (including YouTube) frequently change their download protocols which causes problems with downloading

I'm having trouble getting this progam to convert anything for me. After downloading my videos i try to convert something and it will either say failed or the conversion bar stays at 0%. Can someone help or give suggestions. Thanks

@beanzta Unfortunately YouTube has an annoying habit of changing their download protocols and the makers of AVC have no control over this. Make sure you're using the very latest free version - you may have to check fairly regularly or find another way to download YouTube videos and then use AVC to convert them to the format you want.
