Continued work with Cisco, moving feet, hind quarter yields, leading manners, joining up step for step using practical horsemanship. These are the basic exercises for gaining willingness and mental engagement through equus communication. Watch Segment 3 for different horses representing the pushy horse and the resistant horse.

  • Thank you so much for posting these two videos! My friend has a horse that does NOT listen at all. I realize now that it's probably more our fault that we thought originally. I have been researching a ton of things to help him out and he has been progressing more and more as we spend more time with him. But the problem is we don't have a round pen! So thanks for the tips!

  • wow! Thank you! My horse is as pushy as heck and this is helping a lot!!! The other video (first) was great how you showed that swinging your arms is a simulation for an alpha mare swinging her head. Thank you!

  • What's become more and more fascinating to me is the fact that communication is taking place. Fascinating work.
