  • That is not a true Lester Flatt G run. Yes it is a G run just not how Lester Flatt did it. Anyways good job on G runs.

  • @bluegrasssingingman Yes, you're right. Just wanted to attribute the lick to Lester, since he made it famous.

  • I cant stop playin this now! Its really fun. Great video

  • @zigZag776 Thank you. Be sure to check out ShareOutLoud for the tab.

  • Thank you so much for breaking it down. You're a good teacher. The lick sounds better the faster you play.

  • @WaterRocketeer Thank you!

  • Supposed to use a Thumb Pick if you're doing it Lester Flat Style.. Lester called that the "BIG THUMB" btw.. keep picking friend

  • sweet thanks

  • informative indeed.plus nice sound on that flat top. However you tubers should know... Lester used a thumb pick and fingers and not flat picking . Either way Fab..Curly also used this run as well

  • I just got a Martin D-18... It has wonderful tone and volume, however a D-18 Golden Era (GE) really rock...
