  • please see my videos DRUMMER GEORGE JETSON , I ADD DRUM PARTS

  • You should have referred to this tutorial as being for your simplified interpretation of Eddie Vedder's song using chords most of your group already knows. If you had used the proper chords, they would have been easier to learn, sounded better and added interesting chords to your players' vocabulary. Plus, no one needed to struggle changing into and out of F#. Wow!!!

  • The actual bridge chord pattern is MUCH more interesting, yet still easy to play. I bet your group players could have done it quite easily and would have enjoyed it more BECAUSE THEY KNEW THEY WERE FAKING THE SONG RATHER POORLY if they ever heard the CD version. Lazy tabbing leads to players using the uke as just an accompaniment vehicle for crappy singing and, I believe, tends to turn people off from ukulele. Good tabs encourage better playing, more pride in playing, and more fun. Try harder!

  • Please listen to your version then listen to the original! There's only a rough similarity at best. At worst, your version doesn't respect the fact that Eddie Vedder wrote and performed a song that brings out the unique tonal qualities of the ukulele. If you're gonna play G and C (major) then pick up a guitar. Sorry to be so harsh but your "rock star strum" chord progression is just plain lazy.

  • I think that from an accuracy perspective this video is among the worst versions of this great song. If your intent was to slap up a tutorial to get folks ready quickly for an upcoming meeting, then it fills the bill I guess. However, I can't understand why shift the song from its obvious minor key to major, even in that situation. The two main chords are C7 and Fadd9/G.

  • fantastic, thanks so much. do you think you could do any others from this album?

  • Great tutorial! Thanks so much!
