This demo makes a good point (the body can do much more than most people assume) but its terrible presentation ruins it. I recommend re-editing it. Cut out all the talk which we cannot hear because the bloke doesnt get the microphone until too late, add a short intro text in its place. Add some music. Make it shorter, punchier. Repeat the climax and again in slow-motion. You can do all that in Windows Moviemaker. The girl deserves it.
