Heard it in other things too and has been bugging me for years. I don't think it's Ryuichi Sakamoto who did the rest of the Wild Palms score. Anyone know?

This was from Episode 3 of the 1993 series in a dream scene with James Belushi...

  • Wow - thanks for that recommendation, that's amazing. I'm going to start following your music tastes. ;-)

  • Beethoven: Symphony #7 In A, Op. 92 - 2. Allegretto

  • Awesome - thank you. A 10-yr mystery solved. Thank God I don't have to watch Wild Palms again to hear the music...

  • Awesome scene... bumps.

  • Music is definitly from Ryuichi Sakamoto

    The serie was so good.

    So true !

    So today !

  • I too was very moved by the music when I first saw Wild Palms, and how it played with the scene. The same music was also used in a key scene in "Immortal Beloved", a fictional love story about Beethoven. It is used in transitional scenes.

    Better yet . . .

Search YouTube for "Sarah Brightman Figlio Perduto"
