Cyclists from all over the world are invited to sign up to the non-for-profit Village Focus International's Angkor Wat Bike Event in association with CIMB Bank Of Malaysia. Entering its sixth year, the annual charity fundraising event will take place on Saturday 3rd December in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
These pictures are of the children we work hard to protect, educate and empower and the cartoon images represent the trafficking work we undertake. One of the beneficiary projects from our Angkor Wat Bike event is setting up a safe house for children who have been sex-trafficked in Phnom Penh.
The Angkor Wat Bike Race & Rally encourages participants of all ages and fitness levels to cycle through the beautiful temples of the UNESCO World Heritage Angkor Wat temple complex to help raise money for Village Focus International and the life changing work they do supporting vulnerable children and sex trafficked victims in Cambodia.
Village Focus International hopes the Angkor Wat Bike Race 2011 will be its biggest year yet and is aiming to raise over $50,000 and beat previous participation figures.
