when I look at her (forget for a while about her amazing voice) I can see a lot of passion and a lot of love to music and performing. and I really love to see her showing people the most important thing that every musician should know - that beeing a musician is not to show how you look but how you love doing what you do (I hope you understand me, because I'm not perfect in English) :)
