  • @ilvaiani Doing Mills would be great. But I'd take out the 2-handed arm cast because it's similar. Keep it simple and keep it heavy.

@nelsman It looks like it but in actuality if you have your structure solid it is fine as long as you build up to it.

@obscurantti I appreciate the comment. This guy would love to hear your experience with Clubbell work.

  • Thanks. Glad you liked it.

  • Real nice vid man!

  • Obscurrantti, The knee will (and should) go where it's driven. The knee is NOT a hinge joint, and has considerable amounts of motion(yes even in the frontal and transverse plane)....When his knee dives in, his glutes are LOADING and decelerating this load in order to push it back in the other direction. If you don't allow your knee to dive in at all, good luck with hiking, playing soccer/basketball...LIFE. Let that knee move properly baby.

    Great video by the way!

  • this dude has not a proper stance...the knee shouldn´t bent inwards. Better to direct the knee to the toes. This guy is twisting his knees awfully lot, he could drive his knee over the toes. With a clubbell hold away from your body creates a heavy load to to the knee joints. Live lean, live well BUT pay a tension to your stance always.

  • Side flag press look like murder on the knee. Is that ok?

  • I've been trying this for some time: interesting results on the core and on the chest. But what about adding some Mills reps at the beginning (say 10 per arm)? Would it make some sense?

  • Nice workout. It looks like a screamer!

  • hello,

coach hurst, is there any rest in this workout? or just "go till the end"?

    thanks

  • Great. What weight is it? is the one clubbell as good as working out with two at the same time?
