@rajatpangtey 0 to 60mph in a tad under 5 seconds. Top speed is around 150mph. They really stand out in cornering on tracks. The Lotus is more about being quick and gripping corners than extreme top speed.

@dreamkasts: Thanks for the comment!... Ok, you know many people will say the ZR1 is less cool than it could be because it doesn't look that much different from a standard Corvette or a Z06 Corvette. After all, isn't part of having a supercar the fact that, in addition to performance, it stands out and looks very unique? What is your reply to that? Also, why do you say the Lotus is "an exotic car for chicks?" Thanks =)

go with the exige, the cayman is just a rebuilt Boxster, and it was just built to fill the gap between the Boxster and the 9/11. It's still a decent car, but the Exige is better, in my opinion.

@dreamkasts I don't know any woman that would drive a car with no A/C, traction control, cushy leather seats, or a nice stereo.... a Lotus is a straight street legal race car (circuit type), that you can KINDA get away with driving on the regular (comfort wise). It is a rawest driving car I have ever driven. Its like a Cayman R, but not for faggs who think they are fancy.

@dreamkasts the R8 is the exotic car for chicks: its comfy, its easy to drive fast, its stupidly admired and easily crushed by a Z06 no way talking about a ZR1!!! I have never seen a chick driving a Elise cuz its everything but the girls like: is hard, noisy and hard to get in/out so leave alone the Lotus and hate to the real sport shit car!!!!

@dreamkasts the Audi R10 is a V12 TDI powered Le Mans prototype car that you can't buy. I should hope it is an exception though. I think you're referring to the R8 V10

@dreamkasts Zr1's are twice the price of Lotuses (Loti?) though. I don't think it's fair to compare the two. For 50k, I think the Lotus is a pretty good car compared to the others in that price range.

@dreamkasts you don;t really know about cars do you. when you say the phase "chick car" it gives it away. British sports cars have been made compact and nimble for good reason for at least half a century. In Europe and many other parts of the world, roads are curvy and narrow. In the US, it's mostly wide and straight. I guess that's when American cars with big engines come into place. When a Lotus is put where it belongs, it cannot be beaten. you should drive it first before you hate it.

@dreamkasts A lotus is a lightweight car that everyone can afford. The ZR1 its too much expencive. Fuells , insurance , services all that cost so much. A Lotus it will cost you as much as a Ford Focus and you can sell it anytime. You can have a lot of fun without thinking your pocket every minute. As about chicks then bellieve me if you got the courage to drive it properly then you will discover that its too close to a race car.

no offense, but if you were to make stalwart comments about cars being more affiliated towards a certain gender, please do yourself a favor and first google the cars that you talk about. (A R10 is audi's le mans race car. It is not street legal. You are referring to a R8 V10)
