If you dont believe the information given to you here, look it up yourself. Look up these deities in any ancient source, or any secular source that doesn't have a biased anti-Christian agenda, and youll see what I'm talking about. Download any astronomy program, and run the tests yourself, and you'll see that Zeitgeist is very fallacious in its astronomy. Read the OT prophecies yourself, and you'll see that Jesus's life, and other specific events was foretold centuries beforehand. These prophecies are quite specific, and have been shown to have been written beforehand. Read the Bible yourself. Read the Gospels and the Epistles, and youll see that the Jesus the Bible portrays, who died for our sins, is nothing like what Zeitgeist would have you think.

The bible is a warning manual that over the eons has had its' message obscured from the masses....that god IS the sun.

The only way to perpetuate a warning when everything else fails is to hide it within religion.

Simple people need simple stories... but there is no excuse for being a simpleton in the 21stC. The god of the bible myths has forsaken us all because he never existed in the first place.

First of all, the NT was written by the apostles, who saw Jesus face to face and died for their witness w/out any hope of worldly gain. No other religion has such martyrs. Also, the NT was written and copied over the centuries. We have hundreds of manuscripts and they all match. You really cant have a better testimony.

Even if everything in Zeitgeist was bullshit - you still believe in a fucking omnipotent, omniscient God created humans and evil, knowing that humans would do great evil, regardless of whether or not they believed in God - and sent his own son, who was also himself to Earth to suffer for the "sins" on the "souls" of humans... This is what you believe... In the fucking year 2012. HOLY FUCK DUDE.

@ajnode Not everything God does makes sense, but that doesnt prove anything. Gods ways are above our ways. I know its said thats a cop-out, but its true. If you can show me a worm that understands Quantum Physics, then I can show you a person that understands God. Gods ways are not always going to make sense to us. Thats why we ought to trust in Him, even when His ways go against our ways, because He is infinitely more wise than we are. If God thought the same way we did, then He wouldnt be God.

I know I can not deter you from following what you believe is right, what you feel psychological comfortable with: some self evident nonesense a couple of ancient dudes wrote together (mostly stolen stories) in a book to earn a buck. This style of thinking is very dangerous. People like you are easily influenced because you follow things blindly. How about you question why you believe in God? If you keep asking questions things will become much clearer to you. People who believe in religion, zeitgeist, Illuminati, etc...are either too lazy to ask questions or have let their passion for a "belief" cloud their judgment.
