Thoms just crazy enough it the interviewer would have gotten much closer he may have given the interviewer a kiss.

These comments crack me up! It looks like he was a bit uncomfortable with how close he was. I think he tried to crawl on to the engine.

I think the interviewer needs to get a little closer to the interviewee, there is a few inches that need to be filled in.
