Sas'a veya Sat'a girecek olan adaylar boş bir araziye götülür. Üzerlerinde don ve atlet dışında hiç bir şey bulundurulmaz. Bu adaylara bir yol gösterilir. Bu yolun sonunda onları bir kulübe bekler. Onlardan 6 kilometrelik yolu 1 saatte almaları istenir. Ve oraya gitmek için yola koyulurlar. 1 saat dolduğunda komutanlar ve denetçiler yola koyulur.

Adamlar çıplak elle ya da dişleriyle o
köpekleri parçalamıştır.

Diğer bir egitimde de adayların hepsi Zodyak botlarla denizin
ortasına götürülürler.
Ve bırakılırlar. Belli bir saat sonra oraya tekrar bir botun
onları almaya gelineceğini bildirip ayrılırlar.

Dirençli olan yaklaşık o suda 3 saat hayatta kalmayı başarır.
Eğitim zaitti çok olur bu eğitimde. Bot geri geldiğinde kesinlikle durmaz.
Yanlarından geçer. Tutundun tutundun tutunamadın bir 3 saat daha
beklersin. Her seferinde böyle olur.

Ve SAS & SAT da şu anda 1 numaradır. Daha bu adamlar
öyle eğitimler görürler ki bir insanın imkansız dediği şeyler.
