I dove at sail rock. Worst dive of my life...went with dive shop from Phangan who were terrible. I can't believe no one has died on one of their dives. The day we went, it was WAY to rough and underwater, the instructor vanished from the group, so it was everyone on their own (not a group of expert divers). Complete disaster. Be-careful who you dive with in Thailand, or anywhere for that matter.

without wishing to appear pedantic.... sail rock is actually classed as koh phangan, not koh tao....
the tao dive centers have trashed that island already, so we're hoping they don't move on to sail rock and do the same!!
