Flying the Vortex hovercraft off Mt. Chiliad. This was recorded shortly after the release of San Andreas, and is from my PS2 so forgive the poor quality.

you don't need cheats to make a hovercraft fly! or float...

Besides, the "Cars can Fly" and "Boats can Fly" cheats don't work on the vortex.

it is not cheat! and i can do it! it's like the bikes! press the button that makes a wheely but when u r in a vortex in the air! then u can fly it!
