@ncosay I'm pretty sure that most areas in the world are happy to have tourist dollars. Tourist is a way for people to make a living. Also, it's a way of sharing one's culture and lifestyle with interested in it.
For those who are little snivelling wankers like you, nobody wants your dollars...
i live here and i love it espicially at sundown i live in front of a hudge mountian and i love freedom, air, rocks, trees, and most important culture.(if u come watch out for rattlesnakes in rugged areas)
This is one of the most beautiful places on earth. I had the honor of visiting monument valley and the Navajo and Lake Powell. It truly takes your breath away. Hope to return some day and stay at the hotel in monument valley. It is truly a awe inspiring place to go. The people were wonderful and the food was good. Love that frybread.
My mom and I were in the Navajo Nation for several days last fall, and we loved every minute. The people were very kind to us (we told them that we're from Europe and that we've always wanted to meet Navajo people and see their land). This video's great, but it's missing the gorgeous pink rocks around Window Rock and the fantastic Window Rock formation. Definitely a must-visit!
Now i miss New Mexico! And my adopted Navajo grandma and i just saw her last week on monday-.- I'm hispanic and yet the Navajo is like my family even though i'm not related by blood....

Love your comment! Those must be some ignorant people who don't differentiate between the different tribes and their customs.

@SCHeroGunslinger That's interesting. I used to live there and had lots of Navajo friends. I don't think your skin color is the problem.
