People haven't been to his website and read his book. He built this thing for around $20,000 (since he did all the labor) but he sells the ready made version for $45,000. But you can buy the plans and built it for $20,000 as well. And much of that cost is just the high quality finish.

He should have plumbing for $45k. That price is ridiculous when you can buy a 2 story shed at Lowe's for $15k.

Shit. Period. I rather live in a shack that cost about 1$ and use $1,000 to make a better house tomorrow.
