i love isaan and i hope to visit one day, i look for the simple things in life and i guess i am not your average tourist because i choose to seek out the real life of people living in any country not all the fancy cities and markets, advertisements flashy lights and screens.

I lived in Udonthani in 1980. I loved my time there. I am a blond Englishman and was young at that time, a novelty to the Thais there, someone from outer space. This posting is great, fantastic music. Thanks pratunamu...PS: Would anyone know who sings this song and its title ? Thanks again...

Sure it is special if foreigners go there, because they have nothing touristic to view - by the means of most of the tourist that are going to the islands. but i love that place and it`s people
