RC plane flying at the SWMAC on Saturday 27 Aug 2011

Flying RC planes on the last weekend of winter -- but a little misty rain won't stop us from having fun.

Barry accidentally drains the tank of his nitro plane into his bottle of orange juice, Jeff flies his H9 Spitfire and a new electric Swizzle-Stick-ish thing, Brent thrashes the 500W AXN and his MX2, Duncan drinks glow-fuel and Edwin goes fishing with a friend.

Yeah, just another day at the club.

I have a question Bruce. Is that a camera on the bottom of the spitfire at 2.45 into the video. Looks like it is one of those cylinder shaped HD jobbies mounted under the belly.

You have been missed, Bruce. Glad you and yours are both OK. Spring can't be too far off. However, here, Fall is going to be delayed for at least a month, maybe two.. Still quite warm. 100 F at 20.45 local time--full dark also.
