@bob1986 Mazinkaiser OVA may be incompatible with Grendizer, but there's nothing at all stopping SKL from appearing with it. Maybe even throw in God Scrander Mazinger!

The SRW staff have confirmed that to be false. The reason Kaiser and Grendizer haven't appeared together is purely because of how the stories have played out. The Mazinkaiser OVA plot is kind of incopatible with Grendizer plot wise, and they opted to leave Duke out of Alpha mostly to focus on newer SRs.
But there's nothing stopping them from putting them together if they really want to.

IMO This should've head Kaiser and Shin Getter instead of Mazinger Z and Getter Dragon. THAT would've been utterly badass.

hmm, I don't remember morale requirement, I guess it'd be 130 for such a powerful attack. Anyway, you unlock it after the mission against Dragonosaurus (FAQs say it's scene 6 fixed select 3 earth route).
The Attacker must be in range, the other units near him (1 square distance, even diagonally). I guess that's it.
