Thanks for the video David! Although I think I get the general picture, I'm not sure how you intend to track progress. Most of the exercises are fixed time, so you can only increase reps. But then it's difficult to track them because you can't in the middle of the circuit. Number of sets is also fixed because rest time is fixed, and you can only eat up time by doing the fix reps exercises faster (but that's a tyny part). Am I missing something?

@miguelsaez340 yup, personally i've lost several pounds in a day- of water mostly and when you drink it refills right back up, it does get rid of some salt i guess too, but mostly sweat is pretty pointless for losing weight (probably why a sauna isnt needed for dieting)
