SOOOOOO...

Before trying this video make sure to:
1. Stretch
2. Have water handy
3. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!! (The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible).
4. Go through the motions first and make sure you are doing it right before you focus on x of reps or you may hurt yourself or rob yourself of a proper workout.
5. Have fun and be patient with yourself.

Circuit Breakdown
--------------------------

Side Hops x15 seconds switch to Alt Lunges x15 seconds

Side Plank Reach Under x 10 each side

Jump Squats x 15 seconds then Hold x 15 seconds

Wide Stance Planks with Alternating Leg Lifts x 10 seconds each

Mountain Climbers x 15 seconds Hold each leg x 5 seconds 2x each

Swimmers x 30 seconds

Opposite knee to elbow hold x 5 seconds 2x each the rep out x 20

1:30 rest then Repeat
Record Sets Completed
BEAT IT NEXT TIME!!!!

  • is it just me, or is stance spelled wrong?

  • Thanks for the video David! Although I think I get the general picture, I'm not sure how you intend to track progress. Most of the exercises are fixed time, so you can only increase reps. But then it's difficult to track them because you can't in the middle of the circuit. Number of sets is also fixed because rest time is fixed, and you can only eat up time by doing the fix reps exercises faster (but that's a tyny part). Am I missing something?

  • @miguelsaez340 yup, personally i've lost several pounds in a day- of water mostly and when you drink it refills right back up, it does get rid of some salt i guess too, but mostly sweat is pretty pointless for losing weight (probably why a sauna isnt needed for dieting)
