  • @jbone488 That happens to be none other than Wong Shun Leung. He was Bruce Lee's trainer, and studied wing chun under Yip Man. He's a legend, and even Bruce Lee was not able to beat him.

Wong reportedly won at least 60, and perhaps over 100, street fights against martial artists of various styles.

With that said, the joke's on you fool.

  • This music is awesome.

  • Great wing chun video by master Wong Shun Leung, show that wing chun also have good leg attack

  • @Stimpackswe I'm glad you clarified what you meant then. You can't expect me to know what you meant with a vague statement like "Even bruce lee was not able to beat him" but I'll be honest Bruce himself was also taught by Ip man, he wouldn't have been that far off even if it was just pure sticking hands. Bruce had speed in sticking hands but Wong would have had way more technique. Would have been amazing to watch nonetheless.

  • @yeon723 Yes, as his student, he never were able to beat him. With that said I NEVER wrote that wong would beat Bruce Lee "In his prime". Thats a completely different statement and also quite irrelevant. Wong was 47 years old when Bruce Lee was born, how could that ever be a fair matchup? Speculate all you want but I never did with my original post.

  • @Stimpackswe Look at your top comment. "And even bruce lee was not able to beat him" that's a pretty strong stance don't you think? if it's just a theory then you should at least back it up and say at which point of Bruce's life wong would be able to beat him. I can imagine wong having difficulties with a 24 year old version of Bruce already (the time he was doing kato) as he was incredibly fast. The Bruce that went back to HK is even better, I'd say in Return of the Dragon.

  • @yeon723 I never said that.

  • @Stimpackswe The fact also remains that they never fought, so you're also speculating. Sure he won a 100 fights but vs people who were still doing robotic forms and animal forms. I still don't get where and how (in theory) that you believe wong can beat bruce lee in his prime.

  • @yeon723 But the fact remains, that he never did beat him. So you can speculate in various scenarios all you want.

  • @Stimpackswe Bruce Lee maybe would have had difficulty beating him in sticking hands as Wong probably spent more time training sticking hands, but you are absolutely delusional if you think that the Bruce Lee that came back to Hong Kong after training himself to be a pure MMA artist wouldn't be able to touch Mr Wong, he would have absolutely murdered him.

  • @Stimpackswe he was also undefeated in the beimo competetions

  • nice videos man ;-)
