Well, lets see... If you want to know how to make hacks, read for tutorials or search it on google for some hacking tools. Um, for HyperCam, there is a website that you can download it (I forgot xD). Just use google, kay?

if you say isn't a cheat it is hard to call it a hack...

if it isn't both of them it's a glitch... you messed up the nds or sav file with pokesave or a cheap hex editor everyone here is able to do such a thing.
