@shvaky, Sadam of Iraq used chem-bio arty. shells against UN Coalition Forces in the 1991 Gulf War as well as his own people. Angola was a mess & the war ended in the 2000's not too long ago. USSR was also involved & 40,000 Cuban troops served in Angola, but the Cubans became disgusted with it & withdrew. Everyone became disgusted with Angola. Most Panamanians are glad Noriega was deposed, but too much firepower was used to despose him. KGB etc. was involved in the other messes you mention.
