This song was used for a phone advert in the U.K on TV and thats how I got here. Listened to the Blink182 version as well but like the rawness of this version.The guy doesnt try too hard and a typical cockney - 'just cant be bothered' attitude and the fact he is in his pyjamas makes it sound pretty cool : ) LOL !
Also he seems to have written this song from personal experience in 'space travel in my blood' 'long journeys' and so on.this is all about two people tripping I suppose........

obviously blink was inspired enough by these guys and this song to remake it, they see their musical genius, and yes blinks version is what alot of people my age have heard first, but this was made first, and either way i wouldnt be hear if it wasnt for the remake, and now i found another great band, am i wrong?

I used to love Blink 182. And then "Blink 182" the album happened. Some bands should never grow up.
Oh well-the one good thing they did as "adults" was to record a version of this song. Even though that kind of pissed me off cause now people think they wrote it. Now everytime my band covers this we have to have a disclaimer beforehand where we say:" If you think this song was written by Blink 182 please kill yourself. "

Who the hell calls any singer crappy? anyway this guy in my opinion has the best voice even though Blink is one of my favroite bands this guy has a better voice for this song, sorry for two comments in a row.
