I wish I had a fraction of your ability lol....thanks for posting this video, it was damn interesting.

Very cool. I've always wondered how to troubleshoot game boards. I understand the basics of electronics from my high school classes.
I know now I'd better stick to shotgunning. :-)

you use turaco inside ms paint??

@marianogonzalez89 Nah, I use Turaco inside of DOSBox cuz it's a native DOS app.

Understood. I have only really updated it to make a command-line version (you do external editing in a paint program), but i never bothered getting it working in win32.
I then experimented with ANSI Graphics for a new version, but i never finished that.
Would a Cygwin version of Turaco help?

Yeah I would love that. I have Cygwin setup on my laptop as we speak.

Nice! I never heard of anyone using Turaco to help debug real hardware... and I never even thought of that aspect of it when I was writing it. :D
(I am the main developer of Turaco, with some work ported from Ivan Mackintosh and my previous effort, AGE)

Nice to meet you! Yeah I love Turaco.... it definitley helps me isolate sprite issues. Particularly ones where sprites are being displayed, but are just the wrong ones. Pallette issues as well. Only problem is I need to run it in DOSBOX. Would love a Win32 version.
