The word SOLDIER means responsibility.

The word SOLDIER means democracy.

Soldiers are not fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq, you and I are.

The little old lady collecting her pension, the priest tending to his flock, the policeman arresting a suspect.

They are all, WE ARE ALL, fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq.

None of it would be possible without us, therefore it is only possible because of us.

We are all fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Our tax dollar is the finger on the trigger, the authorisation of the bomb.

Democracy means responsibility.

Leadership will never be found in one man or one woman, but in the invisible* power of responsibility.

Democracy means responsibility.

Power means responsibility.

Responsibility means democracy.

Democracy means responsibility.

We have to face up to the consequences of what we have done through the [redeeming] power of democracy.
