Constitutional VIOLATION that the nation should take notice of. Chief Justice William J. Sullivan tried to stack the court and legislate from the bench.

He wanted to have Connecticut Judge Peter T. Zarella be the next Chief Justice while he stepped down and still remained on the court.

Crooked politicians and their organized crime friends judge and prosecutor shop. Whistle blowers get the shopping process too, except instead of getting a soft landing with influence, the influential barbecue the innocent that get in the way.

Sullivan delayed the announcement of a decision that Judges would operate even more in secret and be even less accountable. The author was Judge Zarella and Sullivan did not want that Judge not to not get the top slot just because he is a public and Constitution abuser.

Look at Sullivan's body language. What an arrogant piece of work. He is testifying in front of the Connecticut Judiciary Committee Legislators. It is not like court where a defendant can be held in contempt when they ignore a subpoena to appear.

Sullivan had his buddy judges take a case on how he didn't have testify in front of the legislature as he as a Judge, felt he was above giving any respect to a Co-branch of government, an equal co-branch.

If there was really justice in America William J. Sullivan would be arrested, tried, and hopefully have to serve jail time.

If you acted this arrogant in court as does Connecticut Chief Justice William J. Sullivan, wouldn't you expect to be held in contempt and jailed?

No one should be above the law. Abolish Judicial Immunity. Judges allow corruption and the fleecing of the people by being corrupt and fleecing the public.

It is time to end the free for all for officials, police, judges, and sociopaths like George W. Bush.

  • @felicita568 The very fact that you are BLAMING a judge for the length of time it takes for your case to be heard in a COURT OF APPEALS proves my point that you have no concept whatsoever of how the legal system works and you are not in a position to be passing judgement. Guess what --- whether you understand this concept or not -- it is a COURT OF APPEALS, he does NOT HAVE to listen to anything. Pick up a book, learn something and then come talk to me. You're an idiot.

  • The State of CT turned their back on my most basic rights. The injuries from Luna Vs Dobson were huge! Lasting! Corrupt! damaging! I had to go to another State and ask them not to give Full Faith and Credit to that corrupt State!

  • @xxpurrfectgirlxx I would like to answer to that question. Who am I to judge him? I am Luna from LUNA VS DOBSON NY State COURT OF APPEALS. The reason that my case took almost a decade was because of this JUDGE. He denied me a fair day in court on the merits of my claim. He refused to hear me. Look up my case and then tell me if he shouldn't be arrested.

  • Additionally, you cannot condem a person and accuse them of being unethical by displaying an unoffical, unauthorized recording of a private legal proceding. THAT is sociopathic behavior, using small clips of a scenerio to try and illustrate a point based on a concept you do not fully understand, nor appreciate. Are you sure YOU aren't the politician here? I smell someone trying to drag Justice Sullivan through the mud. Such a shame. Justice Sullivan is someone I fully respect.

  • You are making the ASSUMPTION that Justice Sullivan is "arrogant" because you do not AGREE with his perspective. However, if you look closely you will realize that this is an intelligent, professional man who does NOT deserve to be arrested, or thrown in jail as you claim. I am sorry if you do not like the Constitutional Rights protected by the State of Connecticut and accomplished men such as Justice Sullivan, but do not ASSUME this man is arrogant or unworthy. WHO are YOU to judge him?
