Unusual HP DL380 G4 server boot failure

Server was running fine, shut down, powered off and never came back again.

All lights on front panel are green ILO LED's and other LED's inside show green, nothing blinks or is amber.

There is no short beep or short illumination of keyboard LED's upon power-up either. Separate Keyboard/Monitor/Mouse in addition to regular KVM switch have been used to test. All peripheral components removed (Disks, SCSI boards) did not help.

NVRAM reset switch toggled and ILO sec. switch off did not change behavior.

Also, there is no DHPC request coming out of ILO network port when connected to DHCP supported network.
