@chambaz2k6 If you have ur moded xbox360 and you play ur store bought games on it is there any chance u could still get banned>???

If Microsoft bans your XBOX serial, you just can't connect it online. You can still play 1 player games.
There are ways to unban the console and retrieve corrupted saves/gamertags etc, but it's fairly complicated for the average user.
If you dump your NAND before modding, get banned, you can just revert to original version and it will be as if you were never banned.
Run all games through agbx for stealth, and don't play a game online if it isn't even released yet. No ban will occur.

when you try to sign into xbl it says profile suspended until xx/xx/xxxx then you can get back on after that day and you cant change your name because you cant sign into xbox live so its not possible

If you have stealth on the newest versions of the Mod-chips, you can't get banned UNLESS you get caught playing the games ONLINE before they actually come out in the country you are playing in. If you do get banned, they ban the serial of that xbox and you cannot play Online on that xbox again, even if you change your account name. You can still play offline though. Xbox does not have permission to put any kind of block on to your IP which means you can use another xbox altogether to access XBL

what exactly happens when you get banned? do they just cancle your live account or can you never play live again even with a different name?

are there any software mods for it? i don't wanna solder anything :( or anywhere reputable to do it for me :) i skipped some wood works classes... in Australia... i know there's a ton of people in america (lucky bastards) but there's only like 3 places in australia i can find and they all sound... not right...

my friend said they can make your 360 never play again, but he also said he got recon in H3, so i'm guessing he lies a fair bit... :) oh, and if you play on XBL on games you bought, do you still get banned, as long as you've put a burnt game in even if it's offline?
