@King35Dave It's not a matter of opinion, it's a matter of fact.
Lidstrom is far and away a better defenseman in every single aspect of the position except body checking. He won 6 Norris Trophies out of 7 from 2001-2008 and will probably win again this year, having been nominated ELEVEN GODDAMN TIMES.
Pronger on the other hand has won one. And that was in 1999.
And don't even try to get into an ethical argument. Lidstrom is the epitome of class; Pronger is one of the dirtiest players alive.
