-The "related videos" on the side are all videos by leonardlikespizza, so obviously they had to make those video titles, info, and thumbnails. After they made the first one, "Eugenio's Supreme Pizza: It's ok" with 514 views, they probably copied and pasted it below and edited the content. Obviously on the last two, they forgot or got lazy, and 3 videos all have the same 514 views. Also, two videos are exactly 5:00 minutes in length. Could it happen?... Sure.
Just sayin'.

-This could be a purposeful joke from the editors or writers, but as Leonard says it's November 29th, you can look and see the date that the video was "posted" was Nov. 26th. Either that, or they screen captured an actual video they uploaded for the layout of the YouTube page ON the 26th, and forgot to change the date. Probably purposeful though.

-The DAY this episode aired (12/1/11) YouTube changed to the new look. Different looking buttons, color schemes... Go figure right? Nothing like unavoidable immediate irrelevancy.

-(Added 12-5-11) User "julianarjun" also points out that there is no YouTube logo to the left of the search bar, as there would be on real YouTube. Also, user "AdmiredLemon" noticed the lack of an annotations button.

-(Added 12-5-11) User "CaptainCocaine" noted the "annotation saying to 'Rate 5 stars' when the thumbs up/down system has been in place for a long time now." He also noted, "then again it could just be typical 'old person doing things the old way' type deal, it was probably intentional."

-(Added 12-16-11) User "MrRyanLC" also noted "Another thing is that the video is surprisingly high quality for 240p. Just sayin."

-(Added 12-20-11) User "Tenniscutie366" had maybe my favorite find yet: This error was even covered by the credits half the time! "The font of the numbers that counts the seconds that the video has been playing for is different." Nicely spotted!

@tenniscutie366 Very true!! Plays well with the existing theory that it was just easier for them to take a screen shot of an existing YouTube video, and then animate the changes. Otherwise, if they had had to recreate everything from scratch, they would have been using the correct font already on other parts of the page... Good eye for something that was covered by credits half the time!
