WCAX/Ch 3 News (Burlington VT): Weather w/Sharon Meyer, 11/18/2011 6:39pm

Weather forecast for most of the state of Vermont on the channel 3 News, broadcast out of South Burlington, Vermont. Sharon Meyer is the meteorologist shown here.

Occasionally I watch the weather on this channel to see what's happening north of me, but I don't find them particularly reliable as Bennington and Windham County's forecasts come out of the Albany, NY NWS office. Plus WCAX's meteorologists are not particularly knowledgeable at all when it comes to severe weather coverage, once Gary Sadowski (who appears on the morning news) called what was clearly an MCC (mesoscale convective complex, which is a relativley small, concentrated area of thunderstorms generally with it's own low pressure area meeting certain criteria defined by the NOAA) a "frontal boundary" back in June 2011.

But that's all the complaining about WCAX for now, enjoy the video & feel free to comment.
