  • I made a pizza last night using this pizza dough recipe. It was soooooooo YUMMY.

  • @ADeliciousMess Glad you liked it. I love your blog. I wanted to let you know that I added it to my blog list over at my site. The list is called ...(Blogger Brigade) Now, as far as I can tell your blog is gluten free but I just want to verify that. I have the list color coded just to let the readers know if the blog is GF or not. If the blog is not gluten free I can always change the color code.

  • @EZGlutenFree Ohhhhhhhhh thank you so much Anne.

Yes ma'am it's gluten free and I've added you to my blogroll :)

  • @MrEZCooking You're right, both buckwheat and quinoa flours are gluten free I haven't used them yet. I'm experimenting all the time. I LOVE the idea of Parm in the dough. It would bring the flavor of the crust to a whole new level of deliciousness. Thanks

  • @EZGlutenFree I bet if you added some grated Parm to the doug mix to thicken it up that might work, I know it would add another layer of golden goodiness and flavor. I think Buckwheat flour is gluten free? And I think Quinoa flour is gluten free? I think so don't quote me! I still love the recipe and you can't talk me out of it!.....:)

  • @MrEZCooking I'm not sure what I'd do differently. Maybe I'd leave it thicker and bake it a few minutes less. This crust was better than my first GF pizza made with gf bisquick. I've only been gluten free since March so I still have a strong memory of good pizza. I'll keep trying different recipes and techniques til I get a great one.
