  • OMG universities in USA talk about canning tomatoes?

    Whats up there?

  • @koertje Actually, our University covers a lot of subjects. But the federal land-grant mission of the University of Missouri also includes Extension. Much of what we do with Extension programming is designed to improve peoples lives with practical skills or research based information. This is an example of one of those practical skills that is now in high demand again so the University has responded by teaching more canning and food preservation classes.
