  • @isOneRight pretty sure it is. He is a devout Christian after all :D

  • Is that Jeff Foxworthy?

  • God knows the heart and if a person is truly sincere and repented, God says in the bible that he wont turn away from a truly repented soul.

Come on you know 100% of the people have broken the law whether it being for speeding or something else but the only difference is that God knows when you brake the law every single time.

You say He is impossibly strict for not making a law to your convenience. He is gracious enough to allow an opportunity for you to be saved by accepting Jesus in your life

  • @YourWrong951 1 and 2. "christian starts murdering...stops being christian", sure, but then he can repent and become a christian again though correct, if god doesn't forgive him, then what is the point of jesus? what is the point of confessions etc.,

    3. If a govenment makes a law that is impossible to follow then that government is either idiotic or barbaric. Same goes with god. I am not criticizing god for being strict, I am critizing him for being impossibly (in your own words) strict.

  • 3.The government establishes laws to be obeyed and if there not being obeyed than there is going to be a punishment to correct that certain person which makes since to keep order in the community and i think you would agree with that.

Your criticizing God for having a strict law for the benefit of the people,He new those laws were going to be broken and by His grace He permitted the shedding of animal blood for the forgiveness of the people who still had to repent just like today.

1.I dont know if He will forgive you He is the the only one who knows your heart,Whats impossible for you is possible for Him, when He was being crucified He said forgive them for they dont know what they do,the very ones crucifying Jesus had a chance to repent and be saved.

2.The day a Christian starts murdering people thats the day he stops being a Christian, Jesus taught to turn the other cheek, were not living in the days of eye for an eye but the days of grace.

  • @YourWrong951 1. "God will discipline His children" How so? If I commit mass murder today, but then I confess and accept jesus, will I or won't I go to heaven?

    2. A chrisitan can use the bible, just as easily as the muslims using the quran to commit murder or acts of terrorism. In fact they used the bible to justify genocide and slavery just a few centuries ago. So in that sense, there isn't a huge difference between the two religions.

    3. I am not getting your point about the government.

  • @mythcontrolpill

Get out of jail card?no.God will discipline His children (followers) when they sin. Just because a person says he is a Christian doesnt mean he is one, a Christian is seen by his actions and a person who just sins because he thinks he is already forgiven never had Jesus in his life but a delusion.

If you follow the law and not break it you would be perfect, thats what God wants you to be.We should hang the government for these stupid laws, were only being punished by them,uh no

  • @YourWrong951 "Jesus...fulfilling the law" meaning he is the sacrifice, that doesn't mean the old testement is irrelevent. Which means what is says about killing non-believers is also very relevent, making it no different than quran. As a matter of fact, you now even have a "get out of jail free card" thank to jesus. You can do anything you want and all you have to do is accept jesus and once again be "without blemish". BTW how stupid (or cruel) of god to give a law that is impossible to follow.
