  • The way the line is graphed, does this depend on the sign in the inequality?

  • @leanton01 yes to best help you with this say the inequality outload. The values that make the inequality true is where your inequality will point. Hence x<8 means all numbers less than 8. The line points goes to the left. However 6<x says all numbers greater than 6 so the number will point to the right.
