Jesus does not rule in Hell, Satan does. If Jesus ruled in hell, then the trinity would no longer apply. The one thing that causes the most suffering in Hell is eternal separation from God, and the Trinity has only ever been split once, when Jesus took the sin of the world on his shoulders. Since then, God the Father, Jesus the Son, and The Holy Spirit have ruled together as God of the universe TOGETHER IN HEAVEN.

Alright you younger folk, listen up! I think it's important that kids get the right information. When Jesus was crucified, He took on the sins of the world. Because of that, He descended to Hell. He could have left if He wanted to, but once He got there He liked it. So He traded places with Satan. Now Jesus rules over Hell, while Satan is in Heaven, waiting to return to earth as the Messiah. This is in your Bible if you read the whole book. Ask your minister.
