After watching this video I do NOT feel like Continental is "pet safe." What kind of airline lets a customer's dog run around without a leash on???

I have used Continental Airlines countless times. They would NEVER leave a pet on the tarmac for any length of time, ever. Nor do they treat your pet as "cargo". They have an excellent record and have an unmatched pet transportation program. Additionally, you may earn miles for your pets flight and their costs are almost always less expensive than other airlines. Your pet may have had a better experience had you taken the time to acclimate him to his travel kennel prior to shipping.

Continental's Petsafe is bs. You spend a lot of money for nothing. They treat your dog as nothing more than cargo. They left my dog on the tarmac in freezing rain in Houston for 30 minutes while no one could locate him. When I immediately took him out of the crate instead of petting him like on the video they screamed at me that he couldn't come out of the crate. Uh, he is scared cause you just left him near jets coming in and out for 1/2 hour. Don't do it.
