I think it is crazy that a single person (who is gay, no matter what he says) is treating his own community like this. But I think I have to agree with @richie60647 when he said that you should be ashamed of yourself because you think it is unfortunate that he failed at suicide. No one should wish death on any one, no matter how bad a person they may be!

Hi @richie60647 you know your right, it is a disgusting comment I made. It might be the most hateful comment I ever made in my life. Perhaps you might understand this… I used to go there to use the big beautiful pool. I did my water exercise. It kept me in good shape. Now I have to travel hundreds of miles to achieve the same thing. This is a health issue. That sicko damaged my health and enjoyment. I'm not the only one who hates him. The whole gay community in San Diego feels the same.

Club 2200 was Known to be a tweeker hangout. Unsafe sex was common and the facility was disgusting. HIV was free for anyone who walked in. The closure of that place may save lives. The guy who was speaking on the video was defending a place of death and frankly a fire hazard and a dump.

A gay "health" establishment? Give me a break. Whether you like the guy or not- his point is accurate... unsafe sex, drug use, HIV transmission are all linked to this type of place. Do sex clubs have merit? Maybe, but not when you try to mask it as something "healthy."

It was a tough decision but I would have to agree with James Hartline minus the religious aspect. My best friend (like a brother) is gay and I would slap him silly if I found out he was partying at a bath house. Another friend of mine is in rehab for shooting meth and coincidentally told me how he would get his drugs at bath houses in San Diego. He described a bath house as "The Devils Playground" or something to that effect. I say no bath houses. Just my opinion though

well, the guy said that an undercover police officer went in there and that's how they know there was some crazy stuff going on there, then you yourself are saying that the club needs new owners for an opportunity to do a better job in that club, that kind of implies that there was something wrong going on in that club. @violetnews sir, with all due respect you can find another pool to swim in to maintain your health without traveling 100 miles, and if you can't, I will find a place for you. I agree that Hartline is deranged, hurtful, psychotic, I could go on. But mostly I think he is afraid of dying and going to hell, which he probably will. Hartline did not damage your health, however I do believe he damaged your enjoyment. I love a good bathhouse, look for another one:)
