Nathan Rissmans unflinching lens provides a close-up view of the lives of Malawis most vulnerable while Archbishop Desmond Tutu, President Bill Clinton, and Professor Jeffrey Sachs offer their insight on the kind of consciousness shift required to save this beautiful and resilient population. Raising Malawi co-founder Madonna narrates the film with a very personal account of her own African journey based on her journal entries.
